The college has highly qualified, efficient and dedicated faculty headed by a director. The faculty has Five Assistant Professors and three lecturers on its rolls. Five Assistant professors are pursuing their doctorate.

Designation : Principal/Director

Qualification : M.Com., M.phil., Ph.D.

She is an eminent academician having 32 years of experience and retired as Principal (FAC) of S.K..R. College for Women. She has participated in a number of Seminars and conferences at State Level, National and International level and submitted papers on various topics. She wrote various lessons for Intermediate and degree Subjects and her books were published by Telugu Academy ,A.P.

Assistant Professors:

Mrs. V. VIDYA PRATHIMA M.B.A., She has 6 years of teaching experience and 5 years of industrial experience in HTS Group,U.S Based Company,at Hyderabad as HR Executive. she is the incharge of the department of management studies, and coordinator of placement cell and uniforms. She had attended various national seminars and having rich experience in dealing HR specialisation papers.

Mrs. P. SASI BALA M.B.A., She has 6 years of experience in various management colleges and was a dynamic faculty member. She had attended national seminar conducted by DCMS, Andhra University, She had successfully organised industrial tours and presently she is the coordinator for internal examinations.

Mrs. D. S. RAJYA LAKSHMI M.Com, M.B.A., APSET She is a 1st class post graduate with finance specialisation. She has qualified Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) recently. She has 3 years of teaching experience in various management colleges as finance faculty and also worked as coordinator for internal examinations . she is presently the coordinator of seminars, group discussions and guest lectures.

Mrs. CH.S.S. SRILAKSHMI M.B.A.,
She is distinction with first class Post graduate with teaching experience and Industrial experience as fashion Assistant in shoppers stop at Chennai for 6 months.1 year as HR Recruiter and software trainee in social media technology private ltd, Hyderabad . She has handful of 2 years of experience in dealing with problematic papers and HR specialisation. She is the coordinator for college events and industrial tours.

Mrs. M. SWETHA KALYANI M.B.A.,
She is a 1st class post graduate with finance specialisation. She has 5 years of teaching experience in various management colleges & 1 year Industrial experience in cobra group, Australian based company at Hyderabad as Business executive. . She is the sub- coordinator for industrial tours and coordinator for poor girl aided funds.
